Damaged or missing shipments will be replaced immediately. Please call customer service to let us know about the problem.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return it within 30 days of receipt of your order. Items must be returned in their original unopened packaging. You will be credited the full amount minus any shipping charges plus a 20% restocking fee. Returns received after 30 days will not be credited.
Before you return your order, please call our offices to inform us of the reason for your return and to get an RGA/RMA number. We will acquire an RGA or RMA number from the manufacturer for you, and give you the RGA/RMA number and instructions for shipment. Please return your item using the same packaging in which it came, so that it will not be damaged in transit.
Please note Restock Fees can be waived or reduced with a replacement order of equal or more value.
