Shipping Policy
Top Knobs & Pulls uses UPS Ground for shipments. All shipments require an Adult Signature. UPS will not leave packages at your door and your order may be returned to the manufacturer. UPS will not ship to post office boxes, so please provide a street address.
Most items will ship the same if ordered before 1 PM EST. The delivery time on your order will vary on your location. Most orders are however delivered with 7 Business days.
We charge a flat shipping fee of $7.95, regardless of the size of the shipment.

If your order is over $149, will ship for Free UPS Ground shipping in the lower 48 states.
Expedited Shipping
If you wish to expedite your order, you may request 2-Day air, 3-Day air, or Next Day Air Shipping. Charges for Expedited shipping is calculated during checkout and depend on the weight and your location.
In general, overnight shipping costs begin at $78. Usually 2nd day air begins at $68 and 3-day air starts at $58. These are only approximate costs; the actual cost will be determined by the weight of your shipment. The larger the weight and quantity of the pieces in your order, the more it will cost to expedite shipment. And, of course, location is also a factor.
